They feature special facilities in the bathroom, bedrooms, and all throughout the hotel. The hotel maintains a completely favorable environment for disabled guests. The services at the reception include lockers with luggage storage facilities, concierge service, and private check-in/check-out.

However, I was told that card details taken here were only as a guarantee and not payment for the room. I booked the room through Room mates website and thought that the room had already been paid for. The bathroom was tiny and the shower wasn't great. The corridors of the hotel had some horrible smell athough this didn't affect the rooms! 2. On the day of my fiancees birthday they left some fruit and a note to say happy birthday which was a nice touch Bad points - 1. The staff were helpful and all spoke English 5. Our room was clean and tidy with safe, tv, minibar. Breakfast is absolutely excellent and is served till midday, the only thing that let it down was the lack of good tea!! 3. The location is fantastic, right next to metro and palace in the heart of royal Madrid and close to shops 2. Although this hotel was good, it was not as good as I had hoped. I booked this hotel for a two night stay for a short break for my fiancees birthday.
